Beacon Health Center accepts the following forms of payment for health and mental health services: 

• Medicaid
• Medicare
• Private Insurance
• Self-Pay

We accept cash and credit cards.  No Checks! 

Mental Health Counseling Sliding Fee Schedule

1. Clients who have a payment source, that source may be billed for client care.  Any funds received by the source will be the total cost of payment for that care, or

2. Clients who do not have a payment source may have their care subsidized by grants, private donations or other agency resources, or

3. Clients who earn $50,000 or more individually or have a combined household income of $75,000 or more, will be assessed $10 per $1000 of earned income. (i.e. If the househould income is $100,000 the client will be assessed $100/unit of care.  A unit of care for counseling is 50 minutes).  Total payment for care shall not exceed the permitted maximum rate as per the Missouri Department of Mental Health 2011 Sliding Fee Schedule.
